Wonderful House in a luxury condominium in Pipa

The space Casa Maravilha is located within a luxury condominium, surrounded by native Atlantic Forest and gardens. Located just 800 meters from the main avenue and the central beach. The House is in a privileged position: close to the pool but at the same time far enough to have privacy. The condominium has two leisure areas with an adult and children's pool, barbecue area, tables, and a beautiful lake. The House is well equipped and comfortable for up to 6 adults, with two en-suites located upstairs and a half-en-suite downstairs. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Guest access The condominium has two leisure areas with swimming pools and a barbecue area, as well as a huge green area. Other things to note As a condominium rule, the maximum number of guests is 6 adults, 2 children up to 10 years old, and 1 small pet. And we have 2 parking spaces. Receiving visitors is prohibited if the number of guests in the house is already at the maximum acceptable (described above). All guest entries or visits must first be communicated to the person responsible for the House so that the name can be placed on the list for the concierge to release access.
