This modern, bright apartment is the ideal base to explore Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. Located on a peaceful residential street at the edge of the town centre, central Cheltenham is just a short walk away. The apartment has free off-street parking. And also complimentary Tea and coffee. A Co-op minimarket, coffee shop and cafe are located on the adjacent street. Off street parking has a height restriction of 6' 4" / 76cm. The space The apartment is clean, warm, and bright with everything you need for your stay. The large, comfy double bedroom is at the rear of the property. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room, and there is a sparkling clean shared bathroom. Fast wif-fi and a smart TV are available for guests to use. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment including the kitchen and living room. You are welcome to store food in the fridge/freezer. During your stay I live in the flat too so will usually be around during your stay. I am very respectful of my guests and happy to give you space to enjoy the apartment. I’m always on hand to answer any questions you may have, and having lived in the area for several years I’m happy to offer recommendations and advice on what to see and do. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor. There are stairs and a lift. Please note the lift is only operational from 9am to 10pm. Where You’ll Be The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful residential road at the edge of the town centre and just off the main A40 into Cheltenham. Central Cheltenham is a short walk away. The bus station is approximately a 12-minute walk, the railway station is about a 30-minute walk. Cheltenham Racecourse is walkable in about 45 minutes. Getting Around With town being so close it is not necessary to use public transport to get there. Cheltenham does have e-scooters for hire - you will need to download the app and register. They are currently operated by Voi. From the central bus station, you can get connections to the surrounding Cotswolds towns and villages, plus Gloucester, Stroud, and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Spa railway station is on the West Coast Mainline, with fast frequent trains to Bristol, Birmingham, London, and beyond. Uber is available in Cheltenham through a partnership with local taxi firms, however it is often cheaper to book directly with a local taxi.
