The main living room features a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings with a good book, while the smaller space offers a pullout full-sized couch for added convenience and direct access to the backyard. Venture downstairs to explore our fully renovated basement, complete with a cozy sitting area, a TV, and a game table. There's also a full bathroom and a queen bedroom for added comfort. The expansive 30x14 open area downstairs provides ample room for yoga sessions, group games, or other fun activities. Outside, a charming pergola invites you to relax in its softly lit ambiance and comfortable seating.
