Casa Acogedora is a 3-story home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living and dining areas that comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The lovely outdoor space, with fire pit, provides a welcome respite from the demands of life and may be enjoyed throughout the year. The surrounding area is a family-friendly neighborhood with parks, trails, and outdoor recreation areas, all within a mile. For those inclined, don’t forget to check out the award-winning brewery, just a short walk away. The space ¡Bienvenidos a Casa Acogedora! Our ‘Cozy Home’ is conveniently located between historic Old Town and the dynamic, culturally rich Landmark, or “West End,” neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia. Our updated mid-century home is perfect for small groups and visiting professionals looking for a central location from which to work, play, discover, and savor all that Northern Virginia; Washington, D.C.; and Maryland have to offer. Minutes from all major local highways and with two nearby bus stops servicing the Alexandria DASH bus system and the D.C. Metro Bus and Metro Rail system (WMATA), the Casa provides a cozy home base for guests looking to explore the area. For your convenience, Casa A is also equipped with an electric vehicle (EV) charger. Other things to note For the safety and security of our guests and our home, we have external security cameras located at each entrance. Casa Acogedora is a 3-story home. The bedrooms and the one full bathroom are on the 2nd story; the half bath is on the 1st story, or main level. The laundry room is located in the basement. It is accessible from the outside, meaning that guests are asked to exit the kitchen door, take the stairs towards the backyard, and then enter the basement door from the downstairs patio.
