Description

The apartment is located just above the TKO Shopping Mall, within 5 min-walk to the Tseng Kwan O MTR station, providing convenient access to all popular places. Easily reachable via city bus route E22A from the Airport. It takes around 38 min-time for taxi ride. Well facilitated with wifi, Netflix, TVs & home appliances, and even features a piano for music lovers. The master bedroom’s double bed and the sofa mats of the sitting room can provide a 4 bed-space in total (note the bed size) The space The apartment is around 450 sq ft in size, located on the 10th floor, with an excellent swimming pool view. The place can ideally accommodate two adults plus two kids at maximum ( please refer the sofa bed size in the sitting room description section) For any new guests without completing the ID verification with Airbnb and having a good review record from previous hosts, may be subject to declination or further ID verification process ( please refer the later information section) Guest access There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, only the master bedroom is opened for Airbnb guests. The other room is a store room which is not available to access. Clubhouse facilities ie swimming pool and gym are only available for monthly rental guests as advance application with applicant’s photos are required 1 month in advance. Other things to note For any new guests without any ID verification and previous Airbnb reviews may be subject to declination or ID verification process upon booking. We reserve the right to further verify especially for all first-time guests to airbnb that do not have any proven good reviews from previous hosts. Guest is at his discretion to proof their credibility at the time of booking by proactively show: 1. a government-issued photo Identity proof such as ID card /passport for verification purpose, upon check-in 2. a printed name card that shows his current working address, upon booking We shall not take any photocopy or keep any digital record of the ID proof. We only want to ensure the guest accessing our property is using his real name and in case he does not return the flat in good condition we can have a way to contact him to follow up.
