Additionally, we provide a storage loft water tank when water supply is short during intense summer and geyser for hot water. Guest Identification: To ensure a secure environment, all guests are required to submit a government-approved photo ID prior to check-in or during their stay. Security and Surveillance: The entrance is equipped with a ring bell camera for enhanced security, complemented by two CCTV cameras positioned on the balcony and an additional camera on the ground floor. Please note that there are no surveillance devices within the flat itself. Guest Identification: To ensure a secure environment, all guests are required to submit a government-approved photo ID (Adhar card) prior to check-in or during their stay. Cleaning Services: While cleaning supplies are provided within the flat for your convenience, please be advised that cleaning services are not included during your stay. Should you require domestic assistance, arrangements can be made for a helper at a specified time, with payment to be made directly to the individual. There is no car parking and no lift on this site. Our team is available 24/7 via text, on site and can fix maintenance issues Monday to Saturday during normal working hours.
