A cozy apartment on the edge of the forest and close to the northern beaches of Mimizan. This accommodation is the key to a successful stay in Mimizan Plage for your business trip, your stay with family or friends. This home consists of: FLOOR ~ 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 and storage ~ 1 bedroom "dormitory" ideal for 4 children with 4 single beds including 2 of 90 cm and 2 of 70 cm. ~ 1 WC GROUND FLOOR ~ 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 and storage ~ a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, vanity (hair dryer and bath mat will be at your disposal) ~ A separate toilet ~ equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stovetop, oven combination, dishwasher and all the utensils to make good dishes. ~ A pleasant living room with TV available for your relaxing moments A wooden terrace equipped with table and chairs, electric plancha to enjoy the sweetness of Landes evenings and share good meals with family or friends (opposite on the terrace). All you have to do is enjoy your stay! Guest access The accommodation is semi-detached and is located in a residence 10 min walk from all amenities. For added comfort, 2 parking spaces are reserved for your use. The Nature Color Hut is exclusively reserved for guests. - 3 min walk to its huge beaches - 10 min walk from Mimizan-plage, its lively pedestrian streets - 10 min drive to shops and shopping center - 15 min walk from the beach, suitable for small children, ideal for sand castles and swimming - 15 min drive to Lake Mimizan / Aureilhan / flowered trails, its beaches suitable for children and water activities (paddle, canoe, pedal boat, etc.) - 1 hour by car from Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat. Other things to note • Bed and bath linens are not provided, you have the choice, either to bring your own or to rent them from the concierge. Bath mats and tea towels are provided.
