Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available. The space The terrace is definitely the best space in the house. Perfect to enjoy for a relaxing breakfast as soon as you wake up in the morning and wonderful to experience as soon as the evening falls, with the awning that protects from the first humidity and the soft lights for an unforgettable dinner. ...the proximity to the sea is unmatched.. Other things to note We are pleased to share an additional service with guests: we offer NETFLIX for free! I kindly ask you to send us your documents on the same day of your arrival or we can send you our editable PDF to fill in the data that our municipality requires for your stay! We also have the tourist tax which is €1.70 per night for the first 4 nights per adult. The payment of the tourist tax is in cash upon delivery of the house keys!
