This large, serene home is designed to maximize your beautiful surroundings while maintaining your comfort. This gated house is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. It is located on a hill which gives it its fabulous views of the mountains, a peekaboo view of the ocean and its cooling breezes. Please, NO PARTIES. The space This home is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Your own private pool, multiple hammocks, and comfortable spaces to enjoy nature. Close to excellent surf breaks, restaurants and grocery stores! You will have a 47" television in the livingroom. It has cable and is a SMART TV. There are lights around the pool area, there are no lights inside the pool. Each room has a ceiling fan and an oscillating floor fan to maximize your comfort. There are screens on all windows and doors. The two upper floor bedrooms have air conditioning.The bedroom downstairs does not have AC but is equipped with strong cieling fans and floor fans.The house is built to maximize the cooling, natural breezes from the ocean and mountain and many people find AC is not necessary. Please note that one of the bedrooms is on the first floor (this is the bedroom without AC) The house is situated on a hill. The roads to access the house are gravel. If you are not familiar with driving on gravel roads you may want to use a 4x4 to access the house. No outdoor speakers. No loud parties Guest access This private house is gated for privacy and security. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple terraces, hammocks, and a private pool. Two bedrooms have AC, the master bedroom and the room with two double beds. The bedroom on the first floor does not have AC. No outdoor speakers. No loud parties. Other things to note We have a licensed armed guard that patrols the neighborhood between 9pm and 5am. The two bedrooms on the top floor have air-conditioning. The bedroom with the king bed downstairs does not have air-conditioning. This room is the coolest room as it is always in the shade. Every room has strong cieling fans and oscillating floor fans. We live on a hill that is accessed by a gravel road. If you are not comfortable driving on gravel roads we strongly suggest you use a 4x4 especially in the rainy season. No outdoor speakers. No loud parties.
