Under the Karri Tree is the perfect place to relax and unwind with scenic views and endless entertainment for the kids. The space This cosy a-frame cottage is the perfect escape for the family nestled on 1 acre of waterfront private property with views of the Wilson Inlet and Ocean Beach. This property has two homes. The front a-frame house is our private family home. We are a quiet young couple with a 3 year old boy. We are living here if you need anything but also understand visitors enjoy their own space and privacy. The rental is the back a-frame house that overlooks the back garden and waterfront. During your stay you have complete privacy and usage of the back garden. The garden is fenced in, with space for kids and pets to run around. Kids will be able to enjoy the trampoline, sandpit and circular swing hanging from the Karri Tree. There's lots of space to explore with a pathway that leads down to the water. A great spot to take off in your paddle boat, canoe or kayak. If you have a motor boat Poddy shot boat ramp is located next door. Main bedroom - King bed and space for cot inside nook with arm chair Second bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed Third bedroom (upstairs) - three single beds, great for kids The property is only a 5 minute drive from Lights Beach, a short bike ride to ocean beach and 10 minutes from Denmark Town Centre with Greens Pool just around the corner. Guest access The guests will have private access to the entire back garden with the trampoline, sand pit and circular swing. This is also where you can access the water.
