Gîte du Lanvau

This independent accommodation is located in an isolated hamlet, quiet and in the heart of nature. It is bordered by the trout river of La Mouche and the Lanvau stream. You benefit from direct proximity for walks in the forest or around Lake Saint-Ciergues (1 km away) on foot or by mountain bike. This cottage is also geared towards entertainment with friends or family as it also has billiards, table soccer, pinball, a 90' arcade game and a dart game. The space The Lanvau gîte is the perfect place to spend a quiet family vacation (2 couples with children for example) or for weekend get-togethers with friends (bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, etc... while respecting my neighbor and the facilities of course ;-)) If you want to have additional accommodation for your stay, there is a "neighbor and friend" estate 300 m from the cottage, also on Airbnb (name and contact information on request) which offers many solutions. It is also the perfect place for a studious stay or one focused on outdoor sports. The "living room" area can easily be transformed into a dance floor thanks to the disco-style lighting. All coffee sets are of quality and in very good working condition. The cottage has 2 refrigerators (one with freezer), a washing machine and a dishwasher. A gas barbecue is at your disposal. There are 4 TVs (one in each double bedroom + one in the mezzanine living room – see photo – + one in the library near the pool table). I occupy the 2nd part of the house and am therefore at your total disposal if needed. The coffee games are of very good quality: in addition to the pool table (recent carpet and competition balls), you can enjoy a Bonzini foosball table, a 90s arcade game, a coffee house darts game and especially since spring 2024 a new very high-end pinball machine by STERN imported from the United States, limited series "JAWS" – the Jaws movie... Warning: hyper addictive game!!! ;-) I also put at your disposal many board games for young and old as well as reading (comics or novels) You are a 10-minute drive from the City of Langres (one of the 50 most beautiful fortified cities in Europe) and 1 hour from downtown Dijon. I just draw your attention to any people allergic to cats: "Soquette" and "Cahouète" do not live in the cottage obviously but they can be curious... Other things to note Upon arrival, the beds will be ready and you will also have one clean shower towel per person. Frequently asked question: in the kitchen you have a classic "filter" coffee maker, another "normal capsules" nespresso coffee maker as well as an electric kettle. After several rentals, it seems that the accommodation has all the amenities (crockery in particular) as well as the necessary information for you to have a great stay.
