Elegant apartment in a hilly area in the province of Treviso, in a central and strategic position. It is just over an hour from the sea, from Venice (also reachable by train) and from the most famous peaks of the Dolomites. In the immediate vicinity of the Prosecco Hills of Valdobbiadene (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Treviso, Bassano del Grappa, Maser (Villa Barbaro, A. Palladio), Possagno (Temple of A. Canova) and Asolo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Bike garage available upon request. The space Cozy apartment on the third and last floor of an elegant building with an elevator, in a quiet setting and at the same time convenient to all services. Versatile space designed for the needs of travelers, couples, and families with children. The living area with exposed beams and velvet sofa, which can be transformed on request into a French double bed, is equipped with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services). In the dining area, separated from the living room, there is a gas kitchen with a traditional oven and a round table for four people (extendable). Guests also have access to a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, utensils and other small appliances (toaster, coffee machine). The apartment is also enriched by a panoramic terrace overlooking the hills, and a low-ceilinged mezzanine where there is a single bed to accommodate the little ones, accessible via a spiral staircase. The sleeping area is accessed from a hallway with a walk-in closet, which leads to the double bedroom (with a queen-size bed and a spacious closet) and the windowed bathroom with a shower. In the entrance there is also a small storage room with a washing machine and an iron. In the area below the condominium there is a bus stop, as well as a bar, a bakery, a self-service laundry and a bookstore. In the immediate vicinity there is also a pharmacy, ATM, post office, restaurant, pastry shop, brewery, tobacco shop, greengrocer, butcher, hardware store. The train station is 800 meters away. Other things to note The area of the Asolo Hills, located in the territory of the Alta Marca Trevigiana, is renowned for being rich in history, art, and culture, as well as for its food and wine tradition. A territory characterized by gentle hills, enclosed between the Piave river and the slopes of "Monte Grappa", recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Asolo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, can also be reached through the path of the two fortresses that connects the sanctuary of the Rocca di Cornuda to the Rocca di Asolo. Over the centuries it has been able to attract and seduce numerous artists and important figures such as Caterina Cornaro, Queen of Cyprus, Eleonora Duse, Freya Stark, Robert Browning, Antonio Canova, Andrea Palladio, and Ernest Hemingway. Cornuda, located to the east of Asolo, is also the starting point for numerous excursions to discover ancient villages, Palladian villas (Villa Barbaro in Maser) and war trenches. An ideal place also for lovers of mountain biking, hiking and cross-country running in the hills.
