The Getaway 40 of Horizons 101, a studio type condo, @40th floor (room # 40M). With queen bed and one folding sofa bed. Good for two guests only, but we reconsider a maximum of three, to cater those guests who want to save money. Kitchen utensils includes: rice cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, plates, spoons & forks, glasses. NOTE: ELECTRIC STOVE is available upon request. WiFi: 50Mbps PLDT fiber; Netflix: Only basic P249/mo sub; Pool & Gym: free; Parking: motor=free, car= P300/night The space The Getaway 40 is a minimalist space of Horizons 101. Horizons 101 is located in uptown of Cebu City, address @Gen Maxilom Ave (formerly Mango Ave). A strategic location near in hospitals, ports, malls, tourists spots, a lot of restaurants within the area of walking distance only. The building is along the main road, transportations are very accessible. Korean grocery store is within the building premises, you can try Korean products - if your’e a K-drama fanatic. With kitchenette and utensils available (except no electric stove). Equip with queen bed and folding sofa bed. With smart android TV, with netflix basic subscription, youtube, etc. Unli-fiber WiFi connection 40Mbps PLDT fiber. Laundry services is available within the building, fees applies per kilo. Guest access Pool and gym are available and FREE for all guests. But need to follow the property policies of using of these facilities. Parking: free parking for motorcycles, and P300 per night for cars (must inform us at least 1 day before check in). Taxi and grab car are allowed to go inside in the premises for drop off and pick up. Total of four (4) elevators available for guests. PWD friendly environment. Other things to note We do freestyle booking, no hassle. Once you booked thru Airbnb, that’s it. Booking can be cancelled with NO CHARGES, as long as it’s done at least 1 week prior to the booked date. Guests can do self check in, if they’ll arrive after 6:00 PM. Just ask for more info. NOTE: We don’t provide toilet paper, as it’s always a cause of CLOGGING, which very inconvenient for the guests if it happens, and besides, there’s no available maintenance personnel during the night.
