ON THE GROUND FLOOR Living room with fireplace and two three-seater sofas, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and was completely refurbished in 2024. The small appliances consist of a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). A bedroom with a large closet with a wardrobe and a bed of 140 x 190 cm, mosquito net at the window. The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage and washing machine. An umbrella drying rack is installed in the garden to dry the laundry, and a large drying rack is available inside as well as an ironing board and iron. A separate toilet with sink refurbished in 2024. The gym is equipped with an exercise bike, rowing machine, relaxation/yoga mats, resistance bands, dumbbells. UPSTAIRS The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 large bedrooms: a 19 m² bedroom equipped with two beds, one of 140 x 190 and one of 90 x 190 and built-in closets. A second 16 m² with a 140 x 190 bed and a large built-in closet with wardrobe. A library lounge with a 3-seat sofa connects the two bedrooms. Board games, puzzles and books are at your disposal. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub and toilet. A crib, high chair, bathtub and changing mat are available for very young children upon request. The house is surrounded by a wooded plot of about 6,000 m² and is located halfway up a Pech. The 5 m x 10 m pool is equipped with an alarm. A pool use waiver will need to be signed. It has a pool house. On request, bed linen and towels and pool towels can be provided for an additional fee. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets as well as the windows of the library/games room upstairs and the kitchen. FOR GROCERIES It's simple, all the shops available in Cénac, Carsac-Aillac and Sarlat and a very nice little grocery store (cheese, bread, deli,...) in Vitrac Bourg "Chez Ninon". OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT Garden tables and chairs for 6, 2 umbrellas, 6 deckchairs, 2 side tables, a round table and 2 chairs, a gas barbecue. A bicycle is at your disposal.
