Stunning Rural Retreat

Secluded, peaceful accommodation set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of the Mendips. Direct access to footpaths leading to the West Mendip Way. Pub, shop and coffee shop within walking distance in the village of Blagdon. Local attractions include Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury and Bath. Plenty of activities available locally including caving, horse riding, mountain biking, fishing and water sports at Cheddar Reservoir. Please look in photos for the reviews. The space The barn has a kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with spacious walk in shower, toilet and basin. Upstairs is a small bedroom with 2 single beds. The barn has recently had a Woodburner fitted- perfect for cold winter evenings. Guest access The barn is self contained and the driveway is shared with the owner who visits daily to check horses which are kept in the field next to the barn. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note There is a small pond next to the summer house. The summer house is not available to guests but we don’t use it while guests are staying.
