The space POLICIES OF THE PLACE -Each additional person to those registered in the reservation must pay an extra $10 even if they are not going to stay overnight. - If you damage something, report it and you must cover the value of the damage. -The assigned keys are your responsibility, if you lose them you will have to pay a penalty of $10 dollars. - If you use areas such as the kitchen, living room or dining room, everything must be left clean and tidy. -Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the suite, and there will be a $50 USD penalty if you do. -People who are not staying cannot enter the apartment's common areas. The areas are exclusively for guests. - No parties allowed inside the apartment. - IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to bring animals into the apartment. - DRUG USE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
