This home is only 460ft to the beach! Updated! No carpet or nasty appliances so the bad reviews are irrelevant. 6 guests invited to stay at this 1 bdrm, 1Loft, 1 bed in the main living area, (ALL 3 QUEEN BEDS) 2 full bathrooms & a full kitchen for your cooking needs. Tv in living room & primary bedroom for your entertainment. WIFI, Small fenced back yard(if your looking for pristene, this is not it). Yard & Laundry room have NOT BEEN renovated yet, however both washer and dryer are brand new! The space Description and pics are straight forward. Disclaimer: Due to super picky guests, airbnb online forum scammers etc...., this is on the cheap end for the size, quality and proximity to the beach, no claims of mold, smoke, bugs etc will be grounds for any type of refund. We dont have those problems but due to the area and the habits of guests, those things are possible. Also the yard and laundry room have NOT been renovated so if you want a perfect yard with grass that's not here. The laundry room is also a room outside! So if you're reasonable, this is a great spot! Guest access If you lose the key or get locked out, there's a back up lockbox located on the spicket a foot off the ground to the left of door. CODE IS 0911. ONLY USE THIS BOX IN EMERGENCY! Other things to note Please remember this is Florida . So ATTENTION ALL OVERSENSITIVE PEOPLE, AIRBNB SCAMMERS OR OTHERS THAT ARE WAY TOO PICKY: That means roaches and bugs are possible. We do have terminix but sometimes they still get in. The presence of mold is also possible. Oh and my favorite, cigarette smoke or whatever other smell, it's impossible to prove its presence or the lack there of. WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING! Not saying these elements are present but about one in 20 guests seems to find at least one. So no refunds, cancellations, alterations etc will be honored for any of these as you have been informed.
