The space You will stay on the 2nd floor of a small building. You have access to the 64 m² home in its entirety by an internal staircase. The building has an intercom, only occupants and their guests can enter it. The keys will be given to you by the Host, we like to welcome our tenants. This apartment consists of a living room with air conditioning (living room sofa convertible into a double bed, option of a travel cot for a young child if needed), DTT TV (a brand-new 43-inch QLED UHD Smart TV with USB, 4K, Wi-Fi, and HDMI has just been installed, to which you can connect your NETFLIX or PRIME VIDEO accounts: remember to bring your passwords), and for your entertainment, you will also find some board games, books, brochures, children's toys, a small office area, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Air Fryer, Savoyard fondue machine, griddle, raclette machine, stove with an electric cooktop, 3 gas burners, and an electric oven, various utensils, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, electric toaster and kettle, electric juicer, Senseo coffee machine + capsules, electric drip coffee maker + coffee, dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc.), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (180 x 200 cm), bedding provided (sheets, duvet, pillows, and pillowcases; the bed will be made up upon your arrival), a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a toilet.
