You have access to the 64 m² home in its entirety by an internal staircase. The building has an intercom, only occupants and their guests can enter it. The keys will be given to you by the Host, we like to welcome our tenants. Rental planned for two guests but possibility for additional people (4 maximum). This apartment consists of a living room with air conditioning (living room sofa that converts into a bed for 2 people, possibility of a crib for a young child), digital TV (43-inch QLED TV UHD USB 4K WI-FI HDMI Smart TV on which you can connect to your NETFLIX or PRIME VIDEO accounts: remember to bring your passwords). You will also find some board games, reading material, advertising leaflets, and children's toys for your entertainment. Small office space. Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven. There is also an Air Fryer, Savoyard fondue machine, plancha, raclette machine, and crepe maker. Stove with an electric cooktop, 3 gas burners, and an electric oven.
