Luxury Loft Paris Centre République 2 (near Marais)

Located in the center of Paris, just a few meters from Place de la République and close to the Marais (10-minute walk), the apartment was designed and furnished by an architect in 2024. Located on the 3rd floor at the end of a beautiful, quiet courtyard, it is bathed in natural light. It can very comfortably accommodate 5 guests. A crib is available on request. The space The 100 m2 apartment consists of a large American kitchen overlooking a very spacious living room and dining room. 2 large bedrooms for 2 people each and 1 smaller bedroom for one person are at your disposal. There are also 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom) and 2 toilets. Daily housekeeping may be offered. We've decided not to equip the entire apartment with air conditioning because we're trying to be eco-friendly and environmentally conscious. Only the living room and bedroom 2 have air conditioning. On the other hand, we provide Dysons, air purifier and cooler for rooms that do not have air conditioning. Note that there are no fully blackout curtains at this time in the green room. Guest access You can use the entire place. For your information, to access the apartment, you have to take the elevator of the condominium and then a private staircase of 20 steps. Since the staircase is not protected, it can be a potential danger for young children. You can see it in the photo in the ad. Other things to note We live and work in the same building as the apartment which will allow us to provide you (if you are present in Paris) with a discreet but close welcome. We also want to emphasize that parties are strictly forbidden.
