The villa is located in Norra Gislaved, 5 minutes' walk to the Smålandia shopping area, where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, paddle tennis and gym, etc. A little behind the house runs the river Nissan, along the Nissan there is a hiking trail that extends almost all the way into the city center. There is also a bicycle and pedestrian path into the center of Gislaved. The space A spacious villa, great for families with children. In the basement there is a relaxation area with sauna and shower. Well-equipped kitchen. The villa is located along the road. There is a patio on the terrace and an outdoor room where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings. The garden is spacious and there is a playhouse with toys. Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm) Bedroom 2: 2 beds (120x2) It is okay to have more people in the accommodation if, for example, you want to sleep more than one person in the 120 beds, it is also possible to arrange 2 extra "tent beds", let us know if you wish! Guest access Free parking space just beside the house. Final cleaning before check-out is done by guests. If possible, the host can clean for an additional fee of SEK 1,500. Ask! Please remember to bring your own bed linens and towels. Pillows and duvets are included. A dog usually lives in the home, so guests' dogs are welcome, but no dogs in the beds. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house except 1 room, the attic, the garage and the outbuildings.
