Parties and events are not permitted. We’re happy to allow small, respectful gatherings with up to 5 daytime guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the home; outdoor smoking is permitted provided all cigarette waste is properly disposed of. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleanup is required. 3. What are the parking limitations? The property offers driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Horizontal or double parking is not permitted. 4. What is the maximum number of guests allowed? The maximum occupancy is 18 registered guests, including overnight and approved daytime guests. 5. Are there security cameras on the property? Yes. For safety purposes, security cameras are located at the front entrance, trash area, and pool equipment only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. 6.
