Modern, spacious and comfortable, this secluded home with an astounding view is perfect for families, groups and casual gatherings. Located in Republika Srpska but within an easy 10-15 minute drive from the heart of Sarajevo, with multiple access routes to avoid traffic jams. Pets are allowed. (+ Please feed our free-roaming cat when she visits, she's cuddly, friendly and non-allergenic :) The space The heart of the house is the large living/dining/cooking space with big windows and high ceiling that opens up to the spacious terrace. The fireplace and lighting create a cozy ambiance. The kitchen area is fully equipped with appliances (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle) and utensils, as well as some cooking essentials such as olive oil, spices, coffee... Large dining table for 6, can also be extended. Half a floor up is the bathroom and 3 bedrooms: 1. The master bedroom faces south with a glorious view and is equipped with a king size bed and a large wardrobe. 2. Kids' room with a bunk bed for two and 1 full-size single bed with a removable railing, plus a desk, shelf and wardrobe. 3. Guest room/study with a very comfortable queen-size sofa bed. Other things to note 1. The house is located in a secluded, non-urban area at the end of a small village. It is surrounded by forest from 3 sides. This means that you will have absolute peace and privacy, but do not be surprised by encounters with small wildlife (nothing dangerous). 2. Next door neighbours (50m away) are very friendly and helpful. They also run a farm with lots of traditional homemade goodies (cheese, eggs, meats, veggies, pies, etc.), so feel free to ask what's available. 3. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PETS: Pets are welcome, but the neighbours have domestic animals (chickens, sheep, turkeys, dog, cat...) so please make sure that your pets don't chase or disturb them by excessive barking, etc.). Otherwise, keep them on a leash. 4. The nearest shop is 1 km away, on the main road to Trebevic. Well equipped with all essential food and hygiene items, including fresh fruit and veg.
