Space to Breathe: The home is quite expansive (4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms), so even with other guests, there is plenty of room to enjoy the common areas, Our property features a unique layout that provides both total privacy and extended resort amenities across two adjacent landscaped lots: 1. Your Private Sanctuary: • Directly accessible from your home, enjoy a completely private backyard featuring: • Heated Walk-in Plunge Pool: A modern, temperature-controlled dip (available April-October) • Secluded Patio: A quiet, designer space for morning coffee or intimate evenings. 2. The Shared Amenity Garden (Bonus Access): Just steps away, you have exclusive access to our neighboring "Lifestyle Garden," which includes: • Chef's Outdoor Kitchen: Featuring an XL Louisiana Grill Pellet Smoker. • The Social Hub: A natural gas fire pit with custom seating for starlit conversations. • Hydrotherapeutic Hot Tub: High-pressure jets for deep relaxation. • Recreation & Nature: Access to a lush vegetable garden and an additional seasonal above-ground pool. • On-Site Support: As a professional host, I'm often nearby to ensure the 'House Rules' (like our 8 PM quiet hours) are strictly followed, which keeps the environment much quieter and safer than a typical unmanaged rental. She has her own cat doors for her to enter and exit and is well loved and cared for. **Approval for Day Visitors & Pool Use** We’d be happy to accommodate your visitors for a pool day! To ensure we stay within our safety and insurance limits for the property, we have a simple 'Day Guest' policy: * **Day Guest Fee:** $10 per person (This covers pool use, extra towel service, and utilities). * **Hours:** Day visitors are welcome between **10:00 AM and 8:00 PM**. * **Max Capacity:** To keep the pool area comfortable, we limit day visitors to a maximum of 10 people at a time. **Next Steps:** Please let me know the total number of visitors you're expecting.
