Welcome to this cozy and unique home near both forest and sea. Quietly located at the end of the road at the beginning of the forest and with a glimpse of the sea between the pines, lies this simple but lavish summer property. A newly built heated pool (year of construction 2023) creates a luxurious and inviting social space and an idyllic place for sun worshippers and playing children. Perfect location for forest walks, swimming in the pool or from the association's nearby swimming jetty, or just relaxing in the hammock with a good book. The space BLIDÖ The property is located on Blidö's west coast towards the quiet bay with a swimming jetty. An 8-10 minute walk from the property. At the bay, there is also a small and cozy sandy beach perfect for small children. A larger swimming area is located at Rådmansholmen, 10-15 minutes by car. A well-stocked ICA is located on the island just 10 minutes away by car. Just 8 minutes by car is the nice archipelago inn Blidö Brygga och Bistro PROPERTY WITH SURROUNDING AREA The property is located on a cliff surrounded by blueberry bushes and pine forest. The houses and pool are surrounded by about 150 square meters of terrace that invites barbecues, outdoor dinners and lazy days around the pool. On the property, there is also a trampoline and outdoor kitchen with running water, electric stove and barbecue grill. Firewood is in the woodshed. From the terrace you can glimpse the sea, which is about 300 meters away as the crow flies. Outside the main house, there is a comfortable sofa set under a roof with infrared heating. MAIN HOUSE The main house is about 50 square meters with 2 bedrooms, shower room with combustion toilet, kitchen and living room with fireplace. The house was completely renovated in 2017. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer, and fully equipped for cooking. There is no dishwasher or microwave. GUEST HOUSE Located in close proximity to the main house and is about 15 square meters. One bedroom with a double bed. SWIMMING POOL The new pool is a dream. In it, you can swim lengths in the middle of the forest with the pine crowns swaying next to you. It is heated and can therefore be used even in bad weather or evenings. The chemical balance is checked automatically. The pool is 4X8 meters and 150 cm deep. Guest access All spaces are available except the smallest guest house. Other things to note DIRECTIONS Car: About 1.5 hours from Stockholm including 2 car ferries. Ferries run every 30 minutes around the clock. Boat: Vaxholm boat from Stockholm to Blidö. Nearest dock Bruket, which is about 1 km from the house. Bus: direct bus from Norrtälje, stop Bruket North, 500 meters from the house.
