ALL living amenities, including laundry, are on the ground floor which features a Grand Bedroom w/King size bed, kitchen, dining room, pantry and a Great Room with fireplace! A wheelchair ramp from the garage leads directly inside the home & extra wide doorways accomodate guests with limited mobility. The space A king-size bed completes the master bedroom which is complimented by a 2nd bedroom with a full size bed and chaise lounge chair. A custom " Tapestry" chair and 3 dressers are available for clothes storage. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination is adjacent to both bedrooms. The dining room seats 4 in an elegant space. The laundry room has a washer/dryer with a half bath. The kitchen flows into the great room and it has plenty of cabinet space and is complete with dishes and cookware to create a memorable dinner on the Stone patio! Guest access You will have access to the all exterior parts of the stone patio and yard, garage and the entire 1st floor which includes laundry facilities. The 2nd floor of the home is unfurnished and not available for guest use. Other things to note Other things to note NOTE: Only Internet and TV services are included in the AirBnB rate. 50-inch Roku SMART TV has Spectrum internet and TV plan services. Electric and Gas costs in excess of $100/month are covered by the tenant for all long term stays over 28 days. Water/Sewer costs in excess of $50/month will also be the responsibility of the tenant during long term stays.
