Beach access less than 50 steps away on flat ground, just across the famous Road to Happiness 413 to Sandy Beach. You can also make your way through beautiful Playa Antonio and Pools Beach by foot. More than a handful of local restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The space Full home, on second story with stairs. First story includes outdoor seating, hammocks, grill, outdoor shower and full bathroom. Upstairs home includes 3 air conditioned bedrooms, one full bath, full kitchen, and living area with couch and pull out loveseat, which converts to full mattress. Living area has TV and ceiling fans. Listen to the sounds of the ocean on the airy balcony, which also provides partial ocean views. Guest access Private access to the full property available to registered guests. Two parking spaces are available inside the property and free street parking is available around the property. Beach access is available across the street right onto Sandy Beach which is safe for swimming as well as surfing. Please note, the surf may be rough during the peak surf season. Other things to note Rincon is known as the city of beautiful sunsets. We recommend enjoying the golden hour at the Lighthouse and Maria’s Beach. Our house is a great place for the novice surfer and experienced surfers can enjoy the thrill of Domes, Tres Palmas, or Steps all just a few minutes by car.
