The space Down the concrete drive, up three steps & you're in the open plan dining, kitchen & lounge. To the right is the laundry & extra toilet, to the left are the bedrooms & shower room with toilet. All rooms have built in wardrobes with dressers, as well as usb power points. The carpet, kitchen bench & bathroom wallpaper are stuck in the 70's but the rest is pretty neutral. The weatherboard exterior is due a paint in the summer as she’s getting a tad rough on the outside.
