The pet fee will be added to the stay in a separate bill. We welcome dogs for $30 per pet, per night, with a maximum charge of $360 per pet for mid and long-term stays. The property features a fenced-in backyard and is located in a highly walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and nearby parks. No cats or other animals at this time. Dog Rules for Guests: 1. All dogs must be approved in advance. Include breed and size when booking. 2. A pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning and maintenance. 3. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. 4. Due to other guests on property, dogs must be leashed at all times outside of fenced-in area. 5. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage unless crated. 6. Clean up after your pet, indoors and outdoors. Waste bags are provided. (on fence outside) 7. No excessive barking or noise—respect neighborhood and observe quiet hours. 8. Dogs must be treated for fleas/ticks before arrival. 9. Aggressive behavior toward people or other animals is not allowed. 10. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages or extra cleaning beyond expected measures. 11. Dogs are not allowed inside the main house on the property. 💰Pet fees are added to the reservation after check-in. There is a separate charge for pets. 🧹 For extended stays longer than 7 days, a professional cleaning will be required every 10-14 days to ensure the space remains comfortable and well-maintained. These cleanings are arranged by us and the cost ($125) is the responsibility of the guest. * Two complementary cleans for those guests staying 3 months or longer.
