This is located on the quiet side of MDI. The space The home is a 2 bedrooms ,with queen size beds and 32” TV s in each . The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with garden size tub with shower combo. The second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island that seats 4.The living room has couch , recliner, rocking chair and a 65 inch wall mounted TV .The house is installed with spectrum internet and YouTube tv.The dining area can seat 6 .All the rooms have overhead fans. There is a laundry room with a large stackable washer /dryer unit. Central heat and window a/c. You’ll find books, games, puzzles, and children’s toys for rainy day entertainment. There is a large porch with rockers to enjoy the outdoors . There is also a Blackstone grill for outdoor cooking. You will find a lower patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There is also a small outdoor play area for the little ones. Guest access Entire home and 1 acre of outdoor space Other things to note Mount Desert Island is home to Acadia national park. The island has 4 towns , Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Southwest Harbor and Tremont the town that my home is located. Each town has parts of Acadia NP in them. Park headquarters is a 20 minute drive from the home. The home is located on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island.There are many trails for hiking and mountain climbing. Also MDI has several lakes and ponds to put your kayak or canoe in. Each town will have many wonderful restaurants to enjoy. You will find many tours to take from whale watching in Bar Harbor to a lobster boat ride in Bass Harbor.And of course end the day with the sunset at Bass Harbor Head lighthouse
