This loft apartment has everything you need to ensure your rest and comfort: fully equipped kitchen, dining room and tile to enjoy your food, a very comfortable queen size bed, 32" TV, futon sofa bed and a private bathroom with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. In addition, the building has a rooftop with spectacular views of the historic center of Mexico City (Check in 4pm). Other things to note *Before booking, remember, check-in is at 4 pm on the day of booking. Paid parking subject to availability. Please ask* -We're not a hotel -No smoking - No pets -An extra night is charged if you do not check out on time at 11:00 am. - Early check-in is not possible. -Building services such as laundry (coin-operated), rooftop, elevator, grill (payment for grill cleaning), gym-type cardio area and luggage storage at reception (tip requested) are not ours but you can use them. - We have quiet hours. -There is a charge for damage to clothing or materials or for lost items. -Parking is booked in advance subject to availability and is charged per night (not included in the reservation). The building is completely new and modern and the apartment is decorated with our original photographs Guests have access to the laundries that are on the mezzanines, the rooftop, the gym, and the parking We will be constantly in contact with guests for any need that arises but they will have complete autonomy in the apartment. The neighborhood is popular, bustling, and lively. It is very close to all the tourist attractions that can be accessed on foot. In any case, it is recommended to arrive at the place by taxi at night (between 10:00 PM and 6:00 PM) as it is a bit lonely at that time. During the day it is very busy. The ideal way to get around the area is on foot and to walk through its streets full of history, but to access more distant areas there is the Zócalo metro four blocks away that has access to the entire city As part of the check-in process, you'll be asked for a document upon arrival (which is returned immediately) and to be recorded in a logbook.
