Ideally located in the city center, less than 100 meters from the beach. The house is new, well-equipped and everything is in perfect condition. Everything is very functional. We leave the house to you as we would leave it to friends! The bedding is new and of good quality. The space On the ground floor: an entrance with toilet, a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a semi-open kitchen on one level on the terrace. On the 1st floor: a landing opening onto a "solarium" terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (double bed configuration possible), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 (or 1 double bed configuration of 160), toilet and bathroom. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a 180 bed (Tediber brand), a bathroom, 1 suite with a 160 bed and a shower room, a dormitory/game room with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds). The dorm is equipped with a TV with an apple TV & DVD player as well as many children's games and books. Cabinets in all bedrooms. Bed linen and linens NOT PROVIDED but possibility to rent them and that they are in the house upon your arrival.
