Welcome to this waterfront property on the Green River in Washago Ontario with 20 km’s of water way to explore. Situated 15 mins from Orillia, Gravenhurst or casino Rama. Use the canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and lily pad or just sit on the dock and watch the world go by. This place is made for making memories with a bonfire pit, outdoor shower, bocci ball, corn hole and giant checker game. Great fishing for kids right off the dock with sandy walk in beach area. No Pets The space Follow the long private driveway into the cottage property with tall trees lining the way. Area boasts lots of walking and hiking trails close by or just admire the natural habitat of many wildlife on the crystal clear waters of the much desired Green River. Take the kayaks / stand up paddle boards or bring your own to discover where the Green River meets the Black River. It’s like Mountain Dew on one side and root bear on the other! Visit diving board island or jump from the cliffs on the Black if you dare! This cute little village has everything you will need from grocery store, LCBO, restaurants, hardware store, water front play park and an ice cream shop. Don’t forget to visit the locks to watch the boats move from Lake Couchiching to the Trent Severn.
