However, the building is still safe because many elderly and retired residents reside here. And if you love exploring the cultural features of our country, you will have the opportunity to experience the typical life of people at this ancient building. Besides, a rewarding room with all the necessary facilities awaits you. The apartment has a total ground of 60 m², suitable for couples and groups of friends, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Inspired by the classic American style of the 60s-70s, H4 is an excellent choice for relaxation with your loved ones or friends. Unique Vintage style: The apartment is decorated with vintage items, creating a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. (2 beds located on the mezzanine and 1 bed below). - The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances with refrigerator, induction cooker, water kettle, dishes, plates, knives, forks,... that you can prepare for your own meal. - 01 bathrooms with water heater, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel and toiletries provided also a washing machine. - There is a parking lot beneath the apartment. Guests are responsible for compensating the homeowner at current market value for any loss or damage caused. ➖ Do not allow additional guests to stay in the room without prior notice to the homeowner. ➖ Please keep the place clean, dispose of trash in the designated area, and leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
