The apartment is located within the luxury complex "Balcones del Atlantico" , the most complete and well-known in Las Terrenas, featuring an enchanting beachfront with white sands and clear water, excellent amenities, several pools, gym, and more. The complex also has its own beachfront restaurant and club. The beach is 3 minute walking distance within the complex, and is one of the very best beaches in the country. Guests will have access to lounge chairs, umbrellas and more provided as amenities of the complex. Bedroom #1 1 king bed, air conditioner, smart TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The upper level features a rooftop patio lounge, and private jacuzzi with pool and garden views. Also included, a barbecue grill to enjoy with family and friends. Electricity consumption is included in the price. Guest access Booking our apartment gives you access to the entire Balcones del Atlantico complex, with: 1.) Three (3) pools, including kid´s pool 2.) Gym 3.) Access to private beach club and famous “Porto” restaurant. 4.) Padel Courts 5.) Kid’s playground area 6.) Outdoor activities like kayaking, massages, etc. 7.) Game room 8.) Private 24/7 security. Early check-in fee: $100 Late check-out fee: $100 Other things to note House staff will take care of housekeeping the apartament and beds during the morning, which is included. House staff can also cook lunch for a fee of approximately RD$1,500 pesos per day. -Keep windows closed when not using rooms to avoid mosquitoes and other insects. -You will be given a key card at the reception to enter the property, please keep key cards away from cellphones as they will be decoded if they get close. -It is recommended to have insect repellent which may be needed if you go on an excursion and possibly at some beaches depending on time of year.
