Rural studio on the Waal

A beautiful studio in an old horse stable in the middle of the orchard with apples, pears, plums, cherries, grapes, nuts and more. The tranquility of the wide surroundings and the view of the meadows are wonderful, and that in the middle of the country with many cities within an hour's reach. The space The old stable was recently converted into a beautiful studio. The guesthouse is located next to our own farmhouse on one hectare of land near the Waal, in the middle of the land of Maas and Waal. There is a double bed (1.40x2.00), a table, television, bench and ample storage space. There is one private bathroom with a shower, a sink and one toilet. There is a simple kitchenette and utensils, next to plates, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker. The studio is rented including towels and bed linen. Parking is possible near the house, there is plenty of space! In the right season, the guests are free to pick in our garden. We have cherries, grapes, apples, pears and nuts, among other things. On the other side of the dyke is a beautiful nature reserve and you can walk beautifully. In summer you can swim in the Vonkerplas, a lake in the nature reserve less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Furthermore, there are many beautiful cycling routes in the area, there is an outdoor swimming pool in Dreumel. Guest access Private use of the studio with private bathroom. Outside is a private (seating) area belonging to the studio but no enclosed garden. You might meet or see the residents or tenants of one other residence. There may also be minor gardening work going on the premises. For larger jobs, we will indicate this in advance. Other things to note * It is important to know that we have two sweet dogs (golden retrievers) running loose on the premises. They are not allowed in the guest house but can be found outside regularly. * There is a bus every now and then, but to get the most out of your stay, you will need a car and/or bicycle. * The house is smoke-free, so it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house or within a radius of 3 meters around the house.
