It's time to get out of the routine and go for a walk! The Casa de Los Abuelos is a 450m2 space, designed to escape the stress, heat and spend quality time with family and friends. Enjoy a cool climate (9-19°C), meet the fascinating Guambian culture, go hiking in the mountains of "La Suiza de América" (as they usually call Silvia), bike riding admiring the beautiful lagoons, riding on horseback, gozate the plan of fishing and then commit a delicious trout. The space The Casa de Los Abuelos has an exceptional location within the village of Silvia. Walking, you are just 5 minutes from the main park, 10 min from Lake Chiman/Birimbi Restaurant, 20 min from the church of Belén. In addition, from our terrace, you have a beautiful view of the Caucan mountains. The total capacity of the listing is 10. Only the number of beds that are booked for each guest will be enabled. We have accommodations of 2 and 3 people, per room. We have large areas such as the games room, hall, alcove hall, dining room on the terrace and outside. You have a fully equipped kitchen so you can feel at home, also with a BBQ area where you can make roasts and take your chefs. We have two full bathrooms and showers with hot water. No room has direct access to the bathrooms. We don't supply body towels please bring your own. You will have sheets, blankets and pillows at your service. On the day, we invite you to enjoy more than 200m2 of green area, have a picnic and enjoy outdoors with more than 10 games available for you (bowling, mini tennis, mini volleyball, among others). In the afternoon, you can lie down in the hammock, enjoy the sunset and just live a break. Finally, in the evening you can have fun in a laughter evening, around our Table Games Booth, which has parques, decks of cards, Chinese ladies, among many others. We have the traditional Colombian game: "Sapo" for you to like your aim. All these amenities are 100% at your disposal and are designed for you and your loved ones to enjoy. You will surely have moments of pure fun! We have a private parking garage (free of charge) for a car/van inside the property. If you are coming in more than one vehicle, no problem! In the front of the house you will have a public parking space. We have a kit, fire extinguisher, and a physical welcome guide with all the house information, contact numbers and activity recommendations to enjoy in the wonderful village of Silvia! If you come with children under 8 years old, please let us know to access special discounts. Guest access Check-in time is from 2 pm. If you arrive early, let us know to have everything ready upon your arrival. Check-out check-out time is at noon. Our main goal is for you to feel like you are in your own house. Upon arrival, you will find a strong box at the entrance of the house, we will give you the key so you can open it and have the keys to the property and each room ¡Tranquilo! We'll guide you through this process. You will have a dedicated space for you and your loved ones. You won't share with any other guests. Other things to note Guests will be responsible for paying in full for any damage caused by any object in the house. We provide everything in excellent condition for your enjoyment.
