Welcome to our modern apartment, perfect for a refreshing holiday! Sleep comfortably in a double bed and two single beds. Relax by the shared pool with lake views or enjoy the spacious roof terrace. Dining is a breeze with a bar, bakery, and restaurant next door.The apartment offers air-conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen w/ fridge-freezer, and a caffettiera for your coffee. For work, there’s high-speed internet, a desk, and a screens. Free parking is just across the street. The space The apartment is on the first floor, and to reach it, you'll need to go up some stairs and then down a few steps. The apartment is spread over two levels, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy living room featuring a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed, along with a TV offering local channels. To the left, there's a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. On the same floor, there's a bathroom and a bedroom with a versatile double bed that can be separated into two single beds. This bedroom also has access to a front-facing balcony, providing a charming view of the lake and the nearby restaurant and caffe. Additionally, there's a large terrace on the opposite side where you can enjoy your meals. On the second floor, you'll find an office space immediately to your right, ideal for any work needs. Further along on the right side, there's another comfortable bedroom with a double bed. This layout ensures a pleasant and functional stay, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time. Guest access When staying at our Airbnb apartment, guests have full access to all areas within the apartment. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and balcony. You are free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences our apartment has to offer. Other things to note The swimming pool is closed between 13:30-15:00 for lunch and typically open from mid-May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. A swim cap is mandatory, and guests must shower before entering the pool. PS: The pool is usually open from mid-May to September, but the administration determines the schedule, so we cannot guarantee the exact opening or closing dates. Access. When booking our Airbnb apartment, please be aware that there are stairs in two locations that you will need to navigate. Unfortunately, there is no elevator available, so this accommodation might not be suitable for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. We recommend packing light and being prepared for a bit of a workout to reach the comfort of our cozy apartment. Air Conditioning – Usage Guidelines To ensure comfort while staying energy-efficient, please follow these simple rules: - Turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment. - Keep windows and doors closed while the AC is on to avoid energy waste. - If not needed, please keep the AC off to reduce unnecessary consumption. - Set the temperature to a comfortable 22–24°C Important: A daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh is included in your stay. This covers normal use of all appliances, including the air conditioning. If usage exceeds this limit, we may apply a small fee of €0.90 per extra kWh, which will be calculated at check-out.
