Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner. The space The guest house is on a very old farm where my husband and I live in a converted barn from the 1850s. Two of our children live in their own properties on the same farm. So there are three separate households in three generations in the area. The guest house is located high and free inside the yard. In this place, there have been documented residents since 1439. Please visit our "old cottage" when you stay with us. There are plenty of hikes to do in the nearby area. Nice fishing waters in Hårkan, Långan and Indalsälven as well as the smaller rivers that connect these. A nice local farm within walking distance that is open Wednesday-Sunday with service during the summer. Central Lit is located 1 km from the guest house. There is a McDonalds, flower shop, nice coffee shop, pizzeria, lunch service with home cooking, ICA store, health center, canoe rental at the campground, outdoor gym etc. More information about this can be found in the house's guest binder. Distance to Östersund 2.2 miles and to Åre 10.5 miles. Guest access You as guests use the entire house and patio for yourselves. Other things to note In the laundry room, there is cleaning equipment, extra paper towels, soap, etc. Instructions for use are in the left kitchen drawer. Instructions that you need to know are in the guest binder. Bed linens and towels are included and you make your own beds in the beds you want to use. Upon departure, you remove them and put them on the floor in the laundry room. Cleaning costs SEK 1,200 and is charged via Airbnb at the time of booking.
