The space Sleeping Setup • Queen bed in the main space with quality bedding and pillows • Small private room with a twin bed—or we can swap in a pack n’ play (just ask!) • Room door can be locked from the outside for added privacy Kitchen Amenities • Full-size fridge/freezer, oven, and stovetop • Keurig machine, kettle, and tea/coffee supplies • Cookware, dishes, wine glasses, olive oil, salt & pepper • Kids’ dishes, utensils, and high chair also available Bathroom Essentials • Walk-in shower • Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash • Hair dryer provided Kid-Friendly Extras • Kid dishes and cups, pack n’ play, high chair, baby bath, and a few toys Guest access You will have complete private access to the entire loft, there are no shared spaces. Other things to note We like to keep things clear and upfront so you can feel 100% confident about what to expect. Here are a few helpful things to know before your stay: Monthly Cleaning for Extended Stays: For 28+ night bookings, a light cleaning is required every 4 weeks ($75/visit). We’ll refresh towels, top up essentials, and tidy the space so you can stay comfortable. Building Rules – Guest Info Required: To keep our approval to operate, we must submit your name, email, and phone number to our building’s property manager. If you’re not comfortable with this, please do not book. Reservations may be cancelled if this info isn’t provided in advance. Parking: There is no on-site parking. If you’re driving and need parking, check the City of Toronto’s website for temporary overnight street parking permits (must be printed and displayed). Cleaning & Safety: Your health and comfort matter to us. That’s why we follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process after every guest checkout.
