Situated on the edge of Bodmin moorland and UK national Cycle route 3. Perfect haven for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers . A cosy large double room with private en suite bathroom, bath and shower, dressing room with tea and coffee facilities. The pub is a 5 min walk away and St Breward’s community shop is also 5 mins away. Within easy access of North Cornish coast and the beautiful Bodmin moorland. The space Offering a peaceful cosy en suite room in my home. Little Patch is Situated within a private road with no through access. The house itself is cosy, calm and spacious. The guest room is set away from my main bedroom so gives a feel of total privacy. It is a very tranquil area situated a stones throw from beautiful moorland and the start of the Camel Trail and on National cycle route 3.. It is a short drive away from Port Isaac, Wadebridge and the rugged coastline of Tintagel and Boscastle and approx 35 mins away from Padstow and the beautiful seven bays beaches. Little Patch is a great base for walkers and cyclists and nature lovers who want to explore this beautiful part of North Cornwall or just relax on one of the beautiful beaches. Guest access A key will be provided on arrival so that you can come and go as you please. During your stay I really want you to have an enjoyable stay and will happy to help with any questions and assistance you may need during your stay. I am always contactable on my mobile if I am not home. Other things to note There is plenty of parking on the premises and a garage that can be used to store Bikes. NOTE : A light breakfast can be provided for a small additional charge to cover costs. Please contact me i prior to arrival with your request.
