The space Self contained independent suite on the second floor of a storybook cottage. The suite contains 2 bedrooms both with queen sized bed, and flat screen smart Tv's with access to Netflix. There is a ceiling fan along with a reverse cycle heating/cooling in the lounge and both bedrooms. The modern stylish bathroom has a double person bath. There is a well equipped kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle, cooktop and dishwasher. You have your own laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The lounge area has a comfortable couch with a chaise and smart TV with Netflix. There is an outdoor area which is set up for fine alfresco undercover dining with a 4 burner BBQ. All linen supplied including towels. Guest access Entrance via separate door under the carport that takes you straight up the stairs to your private relaxing suite. There is a key safe so you can access the key anytime after 3 pm. Other things to note Sleeps 4 Two bed rooms both with queen beds and built in robes. Linen supplied. Flat screen Smart TV/DVD with Netflix in both bedrooms and 1 in the loungeroom. There is a desk available in the bedroom. Bathroom with double person bath. N/B shower is above the bath. Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and hot plate. Cutlery and crockery supplied and some essentials. Including a coffee plunger, coffee and tea. Stools are provided for dining at the kitchen bench. Outdoor area under carport with BBQ table and chairs. Due to local council laws, the outdoor area should not be used between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am Fans as well as a revere cycle heating/cooling unit available in both bedrooms as well as the lounge room. Laundry with good quality washing machine and dryer. Washing powder provided along with an Ironing board and iron that can be found in the bedroom.
