On the ground floor, an entrance hall/cloakroom will allow you to drop off your first belongings, followed by a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A large bathroom with walk-in shower (accessible for people with reduced mobility) and 1 emergency toilet. The ground floor will be accessible for possible storage of equipment. The living area is located on the 1st floor: new fully equipped kitchen; induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need for 6 people. The dining area is in the living room, a table, 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, pouf, armchair, connected TV, Wi-Fi and free Netflix, library and board games at your disposal. The hallway leads to the bathroom with shower, separate toilet. A first bedroom with a dresser and wardrobe, double bed. Second bedroom, double bed with dresser. Third bedroom, double bed, office space, wardrobe, large built-in closet. The house has air conditioning (cold/hot) Guests can relax outside: barbecue, table and chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table... The place has been partially renovated, please take care of it. Pets not allowed Smoking is not allowed indoors (smoking allowed on balcony and outside) No parties or other noises likely to disturb the neighborhood. Minimum 4 days rental.
