On the ground floor, an entrance/ cloakroom hall, will allow you to drop off your first belongings, followed by a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing table. A large bathroom with walk-in shower (accessible to people with reduced mobility) and 1 troubleshooting toilet. The ground floor will be accessible for possible storage of equipment. The living space is on the 1st floor: fully equipped new kitchen; induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need for 6 people. The dining area is in the living room, a table, 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, pouf, armchair, connected TV, free WiFi and Netflix, library and board games at your disposal. The hallway distributes, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. A first bedroom with a dresser and wardrobe, double bed. Second bedroom, double bed with dresser. Third bedroom, double bed, office space, wardrobe, large built-in closet.
