Spacious vacation apartment

The apartment is on the second floor of a semi-detached house, at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, between Senigallia and Fano. During the summer, included in the price, you can take advantage of a private beach with an umbrella and two sunbeds in Marotta (4 km). The house is equipped with a welcome kit, change of towels and sheets. The space The house has a courtyard with a swing, barbecue space, table and chairs. On the beach of Marotta, we have reserved an umbrella with two sunbeds for our guests to enjoy the sea more comfortably. During the summer, beach towels will be provided free of charge. The house is super well-equipped. Corinaldo, Mondavio, Pergola, are very close villages to visit. From the house, you can walk or bike to numerous nature trails. It is also a great starting point for visiting the Conero Riviera and the Marche hinterland. Ivana and Davide live on the second floor and will be available to point out places to visit and local events. You can walk to a well-stocked supermarket, restaurant-pizzeria, a bar with newsstand and tobacco, pharmacy, hairdresser and beautician. Guest access The house is fenced so you can park safely. Other things to note - From April to September: Tourist Tax 1 EURO PER person per day (only for the first 15 days of stay, and only for people aged 14 and over) - Consumption costs are included in the price, with the exception of methane, for which 10 m³ per day are included; any surpluses will be charged separately at a cost of 1.50 euros per m³ at the time of check-out. - On request it is possible to add two more beds.
