The bathroom with toilet is on your landing. Second toilets are on the ground floor to avoid going up to the first floor as much as possible. Large garden, large living/dining room... Transport: Line P, "Verneuil-l'Étang" stop, a 10-minute walk. Allows you to reach Paris Gare de L'Est in 35 minutes (direct).
