The space The suite features a welcoming bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed, armoire, dinette table, kitchenette, private 3/4 bathroom and living area . Located in the rear of a charming two-story residential house, the guest suite offers ultimate privacy as the host occupies the two floors of the house. With its own private entrance, you can come and go as you please without disturbance. While the space has been fully soundproofed for your comfort, please note that as the unit shares a wall with the kitchen of the house, you may occasionally hear some footsteps or kitchen noise. Unwind in the cozy living room area, complete with a 40-inch Smart TV featuring a variety of streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu. Feel free to log in to your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows during your stay. Guest enjoy Free WiFi Although there is no full kitchen, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mid-size fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and a Keurig K-Mini coffee maker for your convenience. During your stay, take advantage of the prime location just two blocks from Main Street, where you'll discover an array of shops, restaurants, and attractions. For easy access to further destinations, the Metro-North station is just a quick 3-minute shuttle ride or a leisurely 15-minute walk away. Explore nearby attractions such as the DiaBeacon art museum and scenic hiking trails, all within close proximity to your cozy retreat. Rest assured that your comfort and privacy are our top priorities, with exclusive access to your room throughout your stay unless in the case of an unforeseen emergency. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY: Before your arrival, all washable items and surfaces including handles, knobs, counters, shower, sinks, and toilet are diligently disinfected. We adhere to a strict and comprehensive cleaning procedure to ensure a meticulously clean and organized studio upon your arrival! No parties or events! Due to a documented medical condition, I am unable to host any animals, including service animals. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! In the event of an unforeseen emergency or power outage, in which case I will contact you before entering. Other things to note $45.00 charge will be requested if sheets are damaged. Please refrain from using any lotion or lubricants on bed. Showers are single occupancy only! Only flush toilet paper in toilet! Please limit occupancy to 2 people. Please keep the noise level down for the respect of other guests. No pets are permitted under any circumstances due to the homeowners' allergies, disability, anxiety and phobia related to pets. NO SMOKING POLICY For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property, including the smell of smoke or smoking-related litter, will result in a $250 instant penalty, in addition to extra cleaning fees and the cost of future lost business.
