Enjoy this cozy 67 sqm apartment in a quiet residential area in northern Skåne. You have access to a fantastic patio with a gazebo and garden as well as private parking. The closest bus stop is only 200 meters away. Hässleholm train station, which is 3 km from the apartment, is easily accessible by both car and bus. Welcome! The space On the lower floor, there is a hall and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom and a living room with kitchen. There is also a small room with an extra refrigerator and a freezer as well as a wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a smaller children's double bed (140x200). Crib and/or high chair are also available on request. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x200), coffee table, TV and dining area. There is also a small play corner with toys for children of different ages (please tell us how old the children are and we will bring out suitable toys). From the upper floor, you can go down to the garden via an outdoor staircase and enjoy the patio with the pavilion. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire apartment and can enjoy the garden with patio, pavilion and barbecue. There are also swings, a playhouse and slide for the children in the garden. - Guests have access to the laundry room. - Guests also have access to two parking spaces. Other things to note Bed linens, bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the booking. At check-out, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a state that does not require excessive cleaning or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). If guests cause damage that exceeds normal wear and tear, we expect you to inform us of the damage as soon as possible to find a reasonable solution.
