This apartment is in the heart of Capão da Canoa. 300m from the beach (3 minutes walk), it was recently furnished to welcome our guests! It has all the cooking equipment for a great dinner after a day of plenty of beach and drinks by the sea. If you prefer, use the barbecue for a beautiful roast for the whole family. You can leave the car parked in the garage, as it has markets, shops, ice cream shops and restaurants meters away. Come stay with us! It is quite powerful (24000 BTU) and cools the entire apartment with the doors open. In the bedrooms, there is a ceiling fan, as well as in the living rooms.
