PEARL HOUSE and SMART HOUSE, TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS, on the ground floor, facing each other, in the same building, can accommodate up to 10 people (Pearl House 6 beds + Smart House 4 beds). If booked at the same time, you can enjoy the entire garden, including the private Jacuzzi located on the terrace of Pearl House. We rent the two flats only to reputable families who will not disturb our neighbours in any way. The space In the heart of Sirmione, the Pearl of Lake Garda, we offer the possibility to rent TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS, both on the ground floor, modern and elegant, with garden, terrace and private jacuzzi, for a total of 10 sleeping places (6+4). Equipped with every comfort, PEARL House and SMART House - Sirmione Holiday, are ready to accommodate up to 10 people for your holidays on Lake Garda! Specifically, apartment number 1, PEARL HOUSE, is arranged on two levels; on the first floor we have two spacious bedrooms, one double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, the other with two single beds (which can be joined together if needed to create another double bed) and a private bathroom. On the ground floor we have a living area with a double sofa bed, 55" smart TV, an open-plan kitchen and indoor dining table, and a service bathroom (without shower and bidet). Outside there is a large private terrace equipped with every comfort, with an outdoor dining table and parasol, a fantastic private Jacuzzi with solarium area and a garden with zero-gravity sun loungers. Apartment number 2, SMART HOUSE, is instead located on the ground floor with a large private garden (not fenced) and equipped patio; there are two spacious bedrooms, one double bedroom and the other with a bunk bed (also suitable for two adults). There is a living area with a 4-seater sofa with electrically reclining relaxation seats, a fabulous 55" smart TV and Playstation 4 game console, an open-plan kitchen with peninsula and a beautiful designer glass indoor dining table. Completing the apartment is a full bathroom (with shower, WC and bidet). The indoor environment is air-conditioned to cool the entire apartment via a Daikin split unit located in the central hallway of the house. Heating, on the other hand, is traditional gas heating and is remotely controlled via a Wi-Fi thermostat. Outside there is a large private garden (not fenced) and a tiled patio equipped with every comfort, with an outdoor dining table and electric sun awning, as well as a solarium area equipped with zero-gravity sun loungers. Located in a very quiet and private area of Colombare di Sirmione, it is only 200 meters from the center and the beaches and 5 minutes by car from the Sirmione castle, the “Aquaria” thermal baths and the center of Peschiera d/G. We also remind you that it is absolutely FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighborhood with loud music or other types of noise. IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO KEEP BOTH ENTRANCE DOORS ALWAYS OPEN IN ORDER TO MAKE THE TWO APARTMENTS CONNECTING. The entrance doors of the two individual apartments must always be kept closed in order to disturb our neighbors living on the upper floors as little as possible. We care deeply about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors who live on the upper floors. For this reason, we kindly ask you to strictly respect our rules and cause as little disturbance as possible. We prefer to offer this option of renting both apartments at the same time only to referenced and responsible families and not to groups of young friends. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us a presentation message so that we can ensure you meet the necessary requirements to be hosted. Please note that if the regulations are not respected, we will request payment of a compensation through the booking platform and reserve the right to interrupt the stay.
