The space The building is a two-story wooden structure (100㎡). 1st Floor: Living Room（Japanese style, 8 tatami mats） Kitchen（Western style, 6 tatami mats） Playroom（Japanese style, 8 tatami mats） 2nd Floor: Bedroom (2 Japanese-style rooms, each 8 tatami mats, separated by sliding doors) Each room features interior decor inspired by the Tohoku region's six prefectures. ※ We regularly update the interior décor and furnishings to ensure a consistently comfortable and pleasant space. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. ▼Living Room Gather around the table (kotatsu in winter, cushions in summer) Enjoy free access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Hulu, ABEMA TV, U-NEXT on the TV. If you will be unavoidably late, please contact us in advance. ▼ Check-out Please check out by 11:00 AM. When leaving, be sure to turn off all lights and appliances and lock the door. After 11:00 AM, cleaning staff will enter the room. ▼ Message Response Hours Our support hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Japan Standard Time). Inquiries received outside these hours may take longer to receive a response. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all rooms. However, some rooms and storage are reserved for supplies and consumables, so please do not access these areas. (Restricted areas are clearly marked.) Other things to note ・There is a free parking right next to the house. However, if you use 2 or more cars, there are several coin operated-parkings within 5 minutes on foot. You will be able to check the parking map from the house guide after the reservation. ・ The road in front of the house is one-way. Please refrain from long-time parking. ・Room cleaning is not conducted during your stay. In the case of over 1 week stay, we would like to clean up rooms. ・No smoking is allowed on the premises. ・Due to the old wooden structure, part of the kitchen floor is dented. We’re sorry, but you can't pull out the drawer under the sink smoothly. 　 ・Japanese laws require us to check the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests. Also, please send us the guest information and scanned passport copies of all guests from the specified URL in advance. ・We are only serving customers with reservations. We do not allow visitors to enter the house. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated in your reservation, an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person will be charged. (We will verify the number of guests using the security camera at the entrance.) ・We can only ship forgotten items cash on delivery (COD). In that case, there will be a shipping fee of 2,000 yen. ・Please be quiet after 9 pm because this house is located in a quiet residential area. If you are reported to the police by neighbors because of a lot of noise, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation. Also, we will charge you 50,000 yen for violating the terms of service. ・If you lost the key to the house, we will charge you 30,000 yen for the key exchange fee. Registration Details M040038253
