Warm&Peaceful House (Room 1) - Free Sauna

The cozy detached house is located near the center of Rovaniemi and a short distance from the sports and outdoor activities of Ounasvaara. The house is situated in a peaceful area near the banks of the Kemijoki River, where you can take a stroll to admire the sights of Rovaniemi. A spacious sauna and laundry room are available for guests to use. Buses run to the city center, among other places, and to Santa Claus Village. A small shopping center is located 500 meters from the house. The space The cozy house features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. The living room boasts a huge sofa, perfect for relaxing after a sauna and watching movies on the big TV. The bedroom is comfortably furnished and includes two bunk beds, as well as a desk and wardrobe. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious laundry room and a large traditional Finnish sauna equipped with an easy-to-use electric stove and shower. The house has a large front yard with space for two cars and additional free parking is available along the street. The backyard offers excellent opportunities to see the Northern Lights in the evenings and it has even been visited by a reindeer three times! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the main floor, as well as the laundry room and sauna downstairs. The top floor of the house is reserved for residents and for room number 4. guests. During your stay I'm easily reachable for any questions via messages or by chatting directly. Other things to note The rental spaces are spread across two floors. Access to the laundry room and sauna area is through the staircase located near the kitchen entrance. There is a Norrbottenspets puppy (born in May 2025) living in the house. He is friendly, playful, and usually stays in the living room, kitchen, or hallway. The dog is not allowed in guest bedrooms, and sometimes he may stay upstairs, especially when I’m not at home. Please consider this if you have a dog allergy.
